How do I reach Buddy Bandana after I made my purchase?


Megan is busy on Instagram, so please address ALL correspondence to
help@buddybandana.com. We have some friendly customer services reps ready to answer your questions. Please include your order number in all correspondence.


Where’s my order number?


Your order number is on the SMS or email order confirmation we sent you after you placed the order. Please include this number in all correspondence.

 

How do I track my package?


We provide tracking on orders of $75.00.  

For orders under $75.00, customers now have the option to purchase tracking for $2.99

  • Go to:  www.tools.usps.com
  • Enter your order number the box in the upper left corner
  • Then scroll down and click on tracking history for your package  

You will see the progress of your order.  For international orders, use www.parcelsapp.com to track your package.  Once it has arrived in the country of origin, it will go through customs.  This may take a while and Buddy Bandana has no control of how long it is held in customs.  Please contact your local post office for further details.   *** Please see our Policies Page for further details ***


How long does it take to get my order?


We package and ship from Massachusetts.  We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day we receive your order. Keep in mind we hand pack your order - no automated machines here! ;). 

You will receive an order and a shipping confirmation via SMS or email.

NOTE: During these unique times, the United States Postal Service has advised us that shipping times are longer because priority is being given to the shipment of medical supplies. We ask that you wait three full weeks from ship date before contacting customer service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally!  Please see our Policies Page for further information.


How do I return the product:

If you and your pup aren’t happy with the bandanas in any way, mail them back to us for a full refund. We do require you to cover the cost of mailing back to us. You have 60 days from the date of the shipping confirmation to mail the items back to us. Beyond that, refunds are not provided.

MASKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

Please email us to return your order.

You MUST include your order number, full name and email address. Product must be in new, unused condition.

Can I exchange my bandana for a different pattern?

We do not provide direct exchanges. 

 

When will the money be back in my account?


Once we process a refund, the funds can take up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) to be reflected in your bank account. If a refund is processed on a Friday, the weekend does not count as a business day. If you have any questions about when the funds will be reflected in your account, please call your bank / credit card directly.


Where do the donations go?


Monthly donations are made to The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation. They focus on rescuing dogs from meat markets in China and abused homes in the USA. We post our proceeds on our website and our instagram highlights. 
Feel free to reach out to The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation with any other questions you may have about our partnership with them.  We also donate to shelters nominated by our customers.

How do I get my photo on your social media sites?


Photos that are posted and tagged @officialbuddybandana will be featured on our Buddy Bandana Fan page:  https://fans.thebuddybandana.com

How do I wash the bandanas?

Wash on gently cycle and tumble dry on low.  We recommend that masks not be placed in dryer.
